DMCA Policy

Mechanism for submitting copyright infringement complaints and handling them seriously and quickly

Last Updated: June 2026

💼 1. Commitment to Intellectual Property

KooraGo fully respects the intellectual property and copyrights of others. We do not permit publishing or embedding links that infringe intellectual property rights, and we commit to responding immediately to clear, documented notices of alleged infringement in compliance with the **Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)**.

📋 2. Nature of Service & Content Embedding

We would like to clarify that KooraGo operates as an aggregator and indexer of live stream links that are publicly and freely available on the internet.

We do not host or stream any visual or audio content on our servers; instead, content is presented via embedded codes (iFrame / Embed) from external platforms. If you wish to block the broadcast of a specific channel or match on our site, we highly welcome your request and will immediately block and remove the embedded link from our website pages.

📝 3. How to Submit a DMCA Copyright Infringement Notice

If you are the legal copyright owner or an authorized agent, and believe that an embedded link on our site infringes your rights, you can send a formal Take-down Notice containing the following information:

  • Physical or Electronic Signature: of the copyright owner or the person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the Protected Work: a statement and description of the work or channel that you claim has been infringed.
  • Identification of the Infringing Link: the specific URLs of our website pages containing the embedded code in question.
  • Contact Information: full name, physical address, telephone number, and official email address.
  • Good Faith Statement: a statement that you believe in good faith that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • Accuracy Statement: a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and under penalty of perjury.

4. Response Speed & Actions

Once we receive a valid notice that meets the above requirements, we will take the following actions:

  • Remove and block the embedded code / stream link in question immediately from our website pages.
  • Take-down requests are usually completed within a maximum of 24 to 48 hours from the receipt of the complaint.

✉️ 5. Official DMCA Email for Complaints

Please send all intellectual property infringement notices and requests directly to our official email dedicated to legal complaints:

* Note: Please send requests in English or Arabic to facilitate fast verification and processing.
